- Download VistaGlazz
- When you open VistaGlazz patch your computer by click on the computer icon on the left. Then select patch and restart your computer.
- After you restart your computer, open VistaGlazz again and click on the color palette icon. You should then patch those files too, and you will be ready to change your theme.
- Go to deviantart.com to select a theme to download.
- If you have selected a theme that is a RAR file your must download WinRAR to be able to open the files.
- When the download is complete, copy and paste the folder that contains an en-US folder, Shell folder, and a windows style file to the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder. If you don’t know how to get to that folder here’s how: Go to Computer, click on windows folder, select the resources folder and in their will be the themes folder.
- After pasting that folder your will want to copy the windows style file from outside the folder that contains the en-us and shell to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. Yes, there is a difference between the one inside and the one outside the theme folder. If you copy and paste the one from inside the folder it won’t work.
- Last step is to click on the windows style file that is inside C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and apply.
